Amplifiers
The Summit Phono Stage is a three stage octal, split passive RIAA amplifier featuring; custom transformers wound for us by Jack Elliano at Electraprint. We employ a neutral resonant solid Cherry Wood enclosure with Ebony corner splines and artisinally patinaed copper on the top for a truly unique and quite beautiful instrument.
The tube sockets are teflon to further reduce micro phonic vibrations. All components are the finest available and are chosen for their particular position in the circuit. We use solid copper connectors, Shinkoh Tantalum resistors, K-40 and Wima capacitors and solid silver signal wiring. All construction is point to point with no pcbs.
Tube compliment is 2x 6SL7 and 1 6SN7. In an amplifier of this subtlety and refinement only the finest tubes will suffice. There are no currently produced tubes we recommend. We can ship with NOS tubes or you can contact Brent Jessee directly and choose a matched set of the finest NOS tubes available.
